4. Additional Fees
The following fees may apply in addition to the product price:
Cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fees.
Bank transfer fees, which are generally the responsibility of the customer.
5. Sales Quantity
There are no restrictions on purchase quantities, except when products are out of stock due to discontinuation by the manufacturer or other circumstances.
6. Order Validity and Shipping Arrangements
Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.
For payments made by bank transfer, orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers will be notified separately in the event of any shipping delays.
If a product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, the order will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
7. Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or with printing or binding errors, please return it to our company within one week of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
Any subsequent defects arising from normal use will be handled according to the warranty terms applicable to each product.
Upon receiving your order, please verify the contents against the enclosed delivery note.
Please note that the actual color of a product may differ slightly from the color displayed on your screen.
As a general rule, returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer's personal preferences or circumstances are not accepted.
8. Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped within three business days after payment confirmation.
For cash-on-delivery orders, products will be shipped within three business days of the order date.
Some products may need to be ordered from suppliers after a customer places an order. In such cases, delivery preparation may take approximately one week to one month, and customers will be notified accordingly.

10. Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within one week after the order is confirmed.
11. Cash-on-Delivery Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Cash-on-delivery handling fee: JPY 550 (tax included).
12. Return Deadline
Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery.
If you receive a stained, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within one week of the delivery date.
We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
13. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to a defective product or an incorrect item being shipped, our company will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers may return such products using a freight-collect shipping service.
